1. 수집하는 개인정보

WriteNow(이하 "앱")는 서비스 제공을 위해 다음 정보를 수집합니다.

• 계정 정보: Google 로그인 시 이메일 주소, 표시 이름, 프로필 사진 URL
• 사용자 콘텐츠: 메모, 조각메모, 일정 등 사용자가 직접 작성한 콘텐츠
• Google 캘린더 데이터 (선택적 연동 시): 사용자가 Google 캘린더 연동을 직접 활성화한 경우에 한해, 캘린더 목록(이름·색상·ID)과 이벤트 정보(제목·일시·설명·장소·참석자)에 접근합니다.
• 기기 정보: 푸시 알림 토큰 (알림 전송용)

2. 개인정보 이용 목적

• 클라우드 동기화를 통한 데이터 백업 및 복원
• 일정 알림 푸시 전송
• AI 기능 제공 (글쓰기 보조 — 사용자가 앱에서 작성한 텍스트 대상)
• Google 캘린더 연동: 사용자의 캘린더 일정을 앱 내 통합 캘린더에 표시하고, 사용자가 직접 요청한 이벤트의 생성·수정·삭제를 수행

3. 개인정보 보관 및 삭제

사용자 데이터는 Google Cloud 서버에 안전하게 저장됩니다. 사용자가 계정을 삭제하거나 데이터 삭제를 요청할 경우, 관련 데이터는 즉시 삭제됩니다.

Google 캘린더 이벤트 데이터는 당사 서버에 저장하지 않으며, 캘린더 화면 표시를 위해 기기 메모리에 일시적으로만(최대 5분) 보관됩니다. 캘린더 표시 여부 설정만 기기에 로컬 저장됩니다.

로컬 기기에 저장된 데이터는 앱 삭제 시 함께 제거됩니다.

4. 제3자 제공

앱은 다음 외부 서비스를 이용하며, 해당 서비스의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.

• Google Cloud 서비스: 인증, 데이터 저장·동기화, 푸시 알림
• Google Calendar API: 사용자가 연동한 Google 캘린더의 일정 조회 및 관리
• AI 처리 서비스 (Google Gemini API): AI 글쓰기 보조. 사용자가 앱에서 직접 작성한 텍스트만 전송되며 저장되지 않습니다. Google 계정 정보와 Google 캘린더 데이터는 AI 서비스로 전송되지 않습니다.
• 광고 서비스: 광고 표시 (모바일 앱 한정). Google 계정 정보·캘린더 데이터는 제공되지 않습니다.

위 서비스 외에 사용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

Google 사용자 데이터의 공유·이전·공개: WriteNow는 Google 로그인으로 수집한 계정 정보(이메일·이름·프로필 사진)와 Google 캘린더 데이터를 어떠한 제3자, AI 모델, 분석·광고 서비스에도 공유·이전·판매·공개하지 않습니다. Google 캘린더 데이터는 오직 앱 화면에 사용자의 캘린더를 표시하고 사용자가 직접 요청한 일정의 생성·수정·삭제를 수행하기 위해서만 사용되며, 위 AI 처리 서비스로 전송되지 않습니다.

5. 사용자의 권리

• 앱 설정에서 언제든지 데이터를 백업하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.
• Google 계정 연동을 해제하여 클라우드 데이터 동기화를 중단할 수 있습니다.
• Google 계정의 권한 설정에서 언제든지 앱의 Google 캘린더 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다.
• 기기의 권한 설정에서 알림 등의 권한을 관리할 수 있습니다.

6. 보안

모든 데이터 전송은 HTTPS/TLS 암호화를 통해 보호됩니다. 서버 측 보안 규칙을 통해 인증된 사용자만 자신의 데이터에 접근할 수 있습니다.

7. Google 사용자 데이터의 제한적 사용(Limited Use)

WriteNow가 Google API로부터 수신한 정보의 사용 및 전송은 Google API Services User Data Policy(Limited Use 요건 포함)를 준수합니다. WriteNow는 Google 캘린더 데이터를 본 방침에 명시된 사용자 기능 제공 목적으로만 사용하며, 광고 목적으로 사용하거나 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다.

1. Information We Collect

WriteNow (the "App") collects the following information to provide its services.

• Account Information: Email address, display name, and profile photo URL via Google Sign-In
• User Content: Notes, fragments, schedules, and other content created by the user
• Google Calendar Data (optional integration): Only if you explicitly enable Google Calendar integration, the App accesses your calendar list (names, colors, IDs) and event details (title, date/time, description, location, attendees).
• Device Information: Push notification token (for delivering notifications)

2. How We Use Your Information

• Cloud sync for data backup and restore
• Push notifications for schedule reminders
• AI-powered writing assistance (operates only on text you write in the App)
• Google Calendar integration: to display your calendar events within the App's unified calendar and to create, update, or delete events at your explicit request

3. Data Retention and Deletion

User data is securely stored on Google Cloud servers. When a user deletes their account or requests data deletion, all associated data is deleted immediately.

Google Calendar event data is never stored on our servers; it is held only temporarily in device memory (up to 5 minutes) to render your calendar view. Only your calendar display preferences are saved locally on your device.

Data stored locally on the device is removed when the app is uninstalled.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies.

• Google Cloud services: Authentication, data storage and sync, push notifications
• Google Calendar API: Viewing and managing events from your connected Google Calendar
• AI processing service (Google Gemini API): AI writing assistance. Only text you write in the App is sent, and it is not stored. Your Google account information and Google Calendar data are never sent to the AI service.
• Advertising services: Ad display (mobile app only). Google account information and Calendar data are not provided to ad services.

We do not share your personal information with any third parties beyond the services listed above.

Sharing, transfer, and disclosure of Google user data: WriteNow does not share, transfer, sell, or disclose the account information obtained via Google Sign-In (email, name, profile photo) or your Google Calendar data to any third party, AI model, analytics service, or advertising service. Google Calendar data is used solely to display your calendars in the App and to create, update, or delete events at your explicit request, and is never sent to the AI processing service described above.

5. Your Rights

• You can back up or delete your data at any time from the app settings.
• You can disconnect your Google account to stop cloud data synchronization.
• You can revoke the App's access to your Google Calendar at any time via your Google Account permissions.
• You can manage permissions such as notifications in your device settings.

6. Security

All data transmissions are protected via HTTPS/TLS encryption. Server-side security rules ensure that only authenticated users can access their own data.

7. Limited Use of Google User Data

WriteNow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. WriteNow uses Google Calendar data solely to provide the user-facing features described in this policy, and does not use it for advertising or sell it to third parties.
